Hello, world — and why I built this site

This is the first post on my new site. I’m Fahri Kafalı, a full-stack developer. I build end-to-end web applications and AI/LLM systems — and I wanted a place of my own to write about them.

What I work on

By day I build B2B e-commerce features at Işıksoft: APIs with Node.js and PostgreSQL, bank and payment integrations, ERP synchronization, and admin panels in Next.js. On the side I co-founded Arkcode, where we ship digital menus, admin tools and AI-based image generation for local businesses.

I also spend a lot of time on AI/RAG systems — vector search, context management, and getting LLM outputs under control with good prompt engineering.

What I’ll write about

• Full-stack engineering — clean architecture, real integration war stories.
• AI/RAG systems — practical notes from building them.
• Things I learn — short posts when something clicks.
